Details of the Job/Internship

Nirvana Realty is hiring an experienced Legal Manager with 5–10 years of experience to take complete ownership of their legal and RERA landscape.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MahaRERA proceedings, including filings, appearances, and the execution of settlements.
• Drive the resolution of customer disputes through negotiation and formal settlement deed closures.
• Ensure 100% legal compliance across four active township projects in Maharashtra.
• Provide personal legal protection advisory and strategic counsel to the Promoter/MD.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage litigation costs and schedules effectively.
• Draft and vet complex real estate agreements, including JVs, JDAs, and customer settlement documents.
• Manage adversarial situations with a calm, result-oriented approach to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Streamline the legal function to support a business turnaround and long-term project viability.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• 5–10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate litigation or in-house legal management.
• Mandatory Requirement: Proven track record of active appearances and experience before MahaRERA.
• Demonstrated experience working on the Developer side of the real estate industry.
• Expertise in closing customer settlement deeds and managing high-pressure negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex legal landscapes independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for direct reporting to the Promoter and MD.
