Details of the Job/Internship
Nitro Commerce is hiring a Legal Manager with 4–7 years of experience to join its Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures.
- Conduct privacy risk assessments and DPIAs.
- Draft and review data protection and technology contracts.
- Handle data breach response and compliance audits.
- Provide legal advice on TMT regulations and digital laws.
- Draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, and vendor agreements.
- Manage IP strategy, filings, and enforcement.
- Handle arbitration, dispute resolution, and litigation support.
- Advise on regulatory compliance for AI, blockchain, and e-commerce.
- Coordinate with business teams and external counsel.
Eligibility
- 4–7 years of experience in data privacy and TMT roles.
- Strong knowledge of IP, arbitration, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage legal risks and provide practical solutions.
