Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive searches of public records to determine the legal status of property titles.
- Review deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and other relevant documents to identify any encumbrances or restrictions on properties.
- Verify the accuracy of legal descriptions and ownership information associated with properties.
- Analyze search results to identify potential issues or discrepancies that may affect property ownership or transfer.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing search findings and recommendations.
Eligibility
- LLB degree must.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience (Legal Manger).
- Experience of title Search Report And LSR.
