OCUS Skyscrapers Realty Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee legal compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Provide strategic legal advice to the organization.
- Ensure corporate policies and procedures comply with legal standards.
- Address legal issues as required to support business operations.
Eligibility
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
- Experience in real estate legal matters or property-related contracts preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- LLM or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Bar Council registration and eligibility to practice law in India.
