One Paper is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru. The role involves handling corporate and regulatory affairs, including contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory advisory, compliance management, and support for disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including service agreements, vendor contracts, employment agreements, and lease deeds.
- Advise on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters including SEBI regulations, cybersecurity, data protection, and export laws.
- Handle legal documentation, disputes, and support litigation and arbitration matters.
- Manage SEBI inspections and regulatory correspondence through SCORES and ODR portals.
- Maintain statutory records, support audits, and conduct compliance training sessions.
