One75MB HRM Pvt Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with 10+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before High Courts, DRT, DRAT, NCLT, Arbitrators, and CMM Courts.
- Handle matters under SARFAESI Act, RDB Act, IBC, and Arbitration laws.
- Identify and coordinate with external legal counsel, prepare and discuss case briefs, and ensure timely litigation progress.
- Lead a team of lawyers and manage the legal department’s daily functions.
- Monitor and track court cases and maintain MIS.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: LLB (mandatory), LLM (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years in legal practice or corporate legal roles with exposure to litigation, banking/financial laws, and arbitration.
- In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI, RDB, IBC, Arbitration, and Civil/Criminal Procedure.
- Proven experience in drafting and vetting legal documents.
- Demonstrated experience in appearing and arguing matters independently before relevant courts and tribunals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and administrative skills.
- Strong analytical, supervisory, and negotiation capabilities.
