Open Financial Technologies is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead legal and regulatory compliance strategies and advise senior management.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts efficiently.
• Handle high-stakes negotiations with regulatory bodies and key clients.
• Provide legal advice to departments like Product, Finance, HR and other key departments.
• Mentor and guide junior legal team members.
• Develop and implement organizational policies and governance frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
• Expertise in complex negotiations.
• In-depth knowledge of financial, payments, and technology laws.
