Details of the Job/Internship

OPG Power Ventures Plc is looking for candidate for the position of Legal Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Manager will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, legal consulting, legal compliance, and managing legal affairs.
• They will ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide guidance on legal matters.

Eligibility

• 5+ yrs experience in working in in-house role
• Strong knowledge of law, including relevant Indian electricity legislation and regulations
• Experience in legal document preparation and reviewing contracts of various types 
• Ability to provide legal consulting and guidance to stakeholders
• Experience in ensuring legal compliance and managing legal affairs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the power generation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Professional certifications in law are beneficial

Salary/Stipend
