Details of the Job/Internship

Paytm Money is hiring a Legal Manager – Broking with 6–12 years of experience to oversee KYC/AML compliance, surveillance functions, and regulatory reporting for its broking operations in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KYC/AML policies in line with SEBI and FIU-India guidelines.
• Manage KYC processes including re-KYC, Customer Risk Classification, and documentation.
• Oversee AML transaction monitoring, reporting, and filing of STRs.
• Handle surveillance reporting for broking and depository functions.
• Set up and update screening parameters and AML software modules.
• Manage MIS reporting and maintain process documentation.
• Disseminate regulatory circulars and assess their impact.
• Conduct suspicious activity investigations and enhanced due diligence.
• Assist in training teams on KYC and AML policies.
• Coordinate with exchanges, depositories, FIU-India, and internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

• 6–12 years’ experience in KYC/AML compliance, surveillance, or legal roles in broking, depository, banking, or financial services.
• Graduate in Law, Company Secretary, MBA (Finance), or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, broking laws, depository norms, and surveillance processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and AML/KYC tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
