Details of the Job/Internship

Paytm Money is hiring a Senior Manager – KYC, AML & Surveillance with experience of 6 to 12 years to join their office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KYC and AML policies in line with SEBI and FIU India guidelines.
• Manage KYC procedures, including re-KYC, customer risk classification, and documentation.
• Oversee AML transaction monitoring, reporting, and filing of suspicious transaction reports.
• Handle surveillance reporting for broking and depository functions, including exchange queries.
• Set up screening parameters and update AML software modules.
• Manage periodic MIS on alerts and maintain process documentation.
• Disseminate regulatory circulars, assess their impact, and update stakeholders.
• Conduct quality controls, suspicious activity investigations, and enhanced due diligence.
• Assist in training staff on KYC and AML policies.
• Coordinate with exchanges, depositories, FIU India, and internal teams such as Compliance, Product, Finance, and Operations.

Eligibility

• 6 to 12 years of experience in KYC and AML compliance, surveillance, or legal roles within a SEBI-registered broker, depository participant, bank, or financial services firm.
• Graduate in Law, Chartered Secretary, MBA in Finance, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Strong understanding of SEBI KYC and AML norms, broking laws, depository regulations, and exchange operations.
• Strong analytical skills for transaction data and surveillance investigations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AML and KYC software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
