Details of the Job/Internship
Percept Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 6–10 years to join their office in Worli.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all legal matters of the company.
- Draft contracts, MOUs, addendums, NDAs, sponsorship, endorsement, music, retainer, employment, and permission agreements.
- Coordinate with police stations when required.
- Manage IPR and copyright activities, including music licences.
- Create documentation related to labour laws and coordinate with law firms.
- Monitor pending cases with advocates and external counsel.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect inputs for documentation.
- Attend court for routine matters and hearings with advocates and seniors.
- Ensure complete involvement in matters to achieve desired outcomes for the company.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
- 6–10 years of relevant legal experience.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Well-versed in IPR, copyright, and corporate laws.
- Ability to handle litigation and non-litigation matters independently.
- Experience in media, advertising, sports, events, entertainment, or service industries is preferred but not mandatory.
