Details of the Job/Internship

Petpooja is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their team. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide legal advice and support to various business functions.
• Handle disputes, litigation, and liaise with external legal counsel when required.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organisation.
• Develop and implement policies to mitigate legal risks.
• Manage intellectual property matters including trademarks and copyrights.
• Conduct legal research and ensure timely resolution of legal queries.
