Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Limited is hiring a Legal Manager for a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lodge police complaints against fraudulent insurance claims.
- Draft and finalize legal complaints, MOUs, and agreements.
- Ensure legal compliance among employees and field staff.
- Liaise with authorities including Police, Medical Councils, Ombudsman, Consumer Courts, and Government agencies.
- Assist clients with repudiated insurance claims.
- Identify and coordinate with competent legal firms for Criminal, Civil, Labour, Consumer, and Corporate cases.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM degree.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Strong drafting, communication, and legal compliance skills.
Salary/Stipend
