Details of the Job/Internship

PowerUp Money is hiring a Legal Associate with 3–4 years of experience to support corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle corporate, regulatory, and transactional legal matters.
• Conduct product due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support governance, contracts, and legal advisory functions.
• Navigate fintech regulatory frameworks including SEBI, RBI, and FEMA.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide strategic legal insights.
• Assist in compliance management and legal documentation.

Eligibility

• 3–4 years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, governance, and compliance.
• Experience in capital markets or fintech is preferred.
• Familiarity with SEBI, RBI, and FEMA regulations.
• Ability to work independently and translate legal issues into business decisions.
• Experience coordinating with CA/CS is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
