Prabhat Group of Companies is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Borivali, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee legal compliance and manage the organization’s legal affairs.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide legal consulting and strategic advice to management.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Advise on risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal alignment in operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of legal affairs and compliance.
- Experience in legal roles, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
