Details of the Job/Internship
Qure.ai is hiring Legal Manager with the experience of 5 to 7 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advising Company's HR on employment matters, review and revise Company policies and processes to support.
- Company's operation and growth, ensuring that the Company fulfils its legal and statutory and requirements.
- Research and drafting for legal and other matters, creating workflows, playbooks and trackers to improve team processes.
- Managing overall legal, secretarial compliance of the organisation and its subsidiaries.
- Assisting with such other tasks including administrative tasks, conducting extensive legal research, and presenting
- Summaries and legal implications with the view of resolving legal issues in an effective manner.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in law from a reputed law school.
- Work experience of 5-7 years (preferably in legal department of a company or a leading law-firm).
- Candidates with AIBE cleared will be preferred.
- Candidates with LLM in corporate and financial laws or technology laws will be preferred.Self-motivated and dynamic.
- Willing to take on multiple legal challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a strong legal acumen and professional integrity.
- Great with interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Capable of bringing innovative ideas while approaching legal challenges.
