Details of the Job/Internship

Rapido is hiring a Legal Manager to oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts across various functions within the organization in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

Contract Drafting and Negotiation:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including master service agreements, delivery service agreements, vendor contracts, subcontracting agreements, collaboration agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align contracts with organizational goals and requirements.

Contract Management and Administration:

• Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure proper documentation of all agreements.
• Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure compliance and timely renewals.

Eligibility

• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with contract management and administration processes.

Salary/Stipend
