Details of the Job/Internship

Rapido is hiring for the position of Legal Manager to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Legal Research – Fintech Regulations

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the fintech sector.
• Provide clear, practical legal opinions to support business decisions.

2. Contract Drafting & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including master service agreements, vendor and subcontracting agreements, delivery and collaboration agreements, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with organizational objectives and risk parameters.

3. Contract Management & Administration

• Maintain and update a centralized repository for all contracts and legal documents.
• Monitor contract lifecycles, tracking key milestones, obligations, and renewal timelines to ensure compliance.
• Implement and oversee a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for efficient tracking, reporting, and renewals.
