Details of the Job/Internship
Rapido is hiring a Legal Manager with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts across various functions while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including master service agreements, delivery service agreements, vendor and subcontracting agreements, collaboration and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure proper documentation of all agreements.
- Track key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
