Details of the Job/Internship

Ravi Group Builders & Developers is hiring a Legal Manager with team handling experience to manage revenue legal matters and property documentation at Mumbai location.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent the company in revenue legal matters before courts in Mumbai, Thane, Panvel, Kalyan, Bandra, Belapur, and Mulund.
• Draft various legal documents including Conveyance, Sale Agreements, Consents, and Powers of Attorney in English and Marathi.
• Coordinate with external advocates and various government departments such as Survey and Civic Departments.
• Keep records and stay updated on all revenue legal matters.
• Liaise with court advocates on litigation matters.
• Scrutinize and verify all property documents for land purchases.
• Maintain organized records of all land-related files and follow up for pending documents.
• Check and verify all revenue documents related to properties.
• File applications under Section 43 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act for tenanted properties.
• Experience with SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) processes is an added advantage.
• Be familiar with financial aspects of real estate transactions.
• Handle legal matters related to real estate and revenue proceedings.
• Draft Agreements, MOUs, Letters, and Notices.
• Liaise with advocates and legal consultants.

Eligibility

• Full-time, permanent role requiring prior team handling experience.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi.
• Experience in revenue and real estate legal matters is essential.
• SRA knowledge preferred.
