Ravi Group Builders & Developers is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Kandivali West. The role involves handling revenue legal matters, drafting agreements, coordinating with advocates and departments, and overseeing property-related legal compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Attend revenue legal matters before Revenue Courts at Mumbai, Thane, Panvel, Kalyan, Bandra, Belapur, and Mulund.
- Draft agreements including conveyance, sale agreements, consent, power of attorney in English and Marathi.
- Coordinate with external advocates and various departments.
- Liaise with Survey and Civic Departments.
- Maintain updates on revenue legal matters and follow up with court advocates for litigation.
- Scrutinize and verify property-related documents for land purchases.
- Maintain records of scrutinized files and follow up on required documents.
- Check all revenue documents related to properties.
- File applications before the Collector for permissions under Section 43 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act.
- Draft agreements, MOUs, letters, and notices.
Eligibility
- Team handling experience is required.
- Knowledge of revenue proceedings, real estate matters, and money transactions is essential.
- SRA experience is an advantage.
