Details of the Job/Internship
Ravi Group Builders & Developers is hiring a Legal Manager for a full-time, permanent role based in Kandivali West, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Attend revenue legal matters before revenue courts at Mumbai, Thane, Panvel, Kalyan, Bandra, Belapur, and Mulund.
- Draft agreements including conveyance, sale agreements, consent, power of attorney, etc.
- Coordinate with external advocates and various departments, including Survey and Civic Departments.
- Keep updates on revenue legal matters and coordinate with court advocates for company litigation.
- Scrutinize and verify property-related documents for land purchases.
- Maintain records of scrutinized files and follow up on required documents.
- Check all revenue documents of properties.
- File applications before the Collector for permissions under Section 43 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act.
- Handle matters related to real estate and revenue proceedings.
- Liaise with advocates.
- Draft agreements, MOUs, letters, and notices.
Eligibility
- Team handling experience is a must.
- SRA experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to draft agreements in English and Marathi.
- Knowledge of money transactions and revenue proceedings.
