Details of the Job/Internship

Ravi Group Builders & Developers is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Kandivali West, Mumbai. The role involves handling revenue legal matters, drafting various agreements, coordinating with advocates and departments, managing litigation, and overseeing property document verification for land purchases.

Role and Responsibilities

• Attend revenue legal matters before revenue courts in Mumbai, Thane, Panvel, Kalyan, Bandra, Belapur, and Mulund.
• Draft agreements including conveyance, sale, consent, and power of attorney in English and Marathi.
• Coordinate with external advocates and various departments, including survey and civic departments.
• Maintain updates on revenue legal matters and liaise daily with court advocates for company litigation.
• Scrutinize and verify property-related documents for land purchases.
• Maintain records of scrutinized files and follow up for required documents.
• Check revenue documents of properties.
• File applications before the Collector for permission under Section 43 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act for tenanted properties.
• Draft agreements, MOUs, letters, and notices.

Eligibility

• Team handling experience is a must.
• Experience in revenue legal matters and real estate.
• Proficiency in drafting agreements in English and Marathi.
• SRA experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of revenue proceedings and property-related legal compliance.
• Understanding of money transactions.
