Details of the Job/Internship
Rayzon Solar Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with 13–15 years of relevant experience to join their office in Surat and oversee legal operations while providing strategic legal guidance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the legal services department and ensure high-quality legal support.
- Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage complex legal cases and negotiate contracts to mitigate risks.
- Advise senior management on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and legal best practices.
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors and stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry changes.
- Prepare and present legal reports to executive leadership.
- Mentor and develop legal staff.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum 13–15 years of relevant experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Experience in managing complex legal cases and departmental budgets.
