Rayzon Solar is hiring for the position of Legal Manager to join their office in Surat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute legal strategies to support Rayzon Solar’s growth in manufacturing, production, and distribution.
- Ensure organizational compliance with local, national, and international regulations impacting the solar sector.
- Review and oversee contracts, agreements, and internal legal policies, addressing discrepancies and ensuring enforceability.
- Advise senior leadership on regulatory changes, legal trends, and potential risks that may affect operations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel on complex or high-stakes matters to secure favorable outcomes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including those with suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Lead dispute resolution efforts, aiming for mediation and out-of-court settlements where feasible.
- Stay abreast of legislative developments and evolving standards in the solar and broader renewable energy industry.
- Promote a culture of legal compliance by conducting internal training and awareness sessions on corporate governance and legal best practices.
Eligibility
- Mandatory: Deep understanding of renewable energy regulations, corporate law, and corporate affairs.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, ensuring legally sound and commercially beneficial agreements.
- Experience in legal risk management to proactively identify and mitigate legal challenges.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both litigation and non-litigation legal proceedings.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance with ALMM, IEC, BIS, and MNRE standards.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills for interpreting complex legal matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
