Details of the Job/Internship

Regaal Resources Limited (RRL) is hiring for the position of legal manager with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and conveyacing all agreements, deeds, MOUs, etc.
• Responsible for all returns under applicable laws.
• Maintaining all statutory registers under applicable laws.
• Liasoning with all government authorities.
• Liasoning with relevant consultants for the litigation for group for all matters excluding tax, companies act and SEBI matters and monitoring of the same.
• Application and renewal of all applicable licences.

Eligibility

• Miniumum qualitification of LLB from reputed institute recognized by Bar Council.
• With minimum 5+ years of practical experience in manufacturing entity.
• Specialized and proficient in labor laws, environment law, industrial law and land & property matters.
• Sharp, analytical and good communication.
• Strong in Excel, Powerpoint and knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in drafting and conveyancing.
• Having worked in a manufacturing organization and listed company is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
