Details of the Job/Internship

Safe Ledger Private Limited is hiring a Legal Manager to oversee intellectual property and legal compliance functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements.
• Handle end-to-end trademark prosecution including search, filing, examination, opposition, and hearings.
• Oversee copyright, patent, and design prosecution processes.
• Manage consumer disputes and draft replies to legal notices.
• Coordinate with external counsel and support litigation management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Strong experience in intellectual property laws and legal compliance.
• Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Hands-on experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters efficiently.
