Details of the Job/Internship

ReNew is hiring a Manager – Legal to oversee legal aspects of business operations, particularly focusing on inheritance laws, litigation, and land-related legal issues. This is a full-time position based in Gurugram for a candidate with expertise in procedural law and strong litigation experience, including court appearances and briefing external counsel.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee legal aspects of business operations.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
• Provide guidance on inheritance law, succession, Hindu/Muslim laws, and partition laws.
• Handle litigation related to land disputes, stamp duty, civil and criminal laws.
• Appear in court, brief and coordinate with external counsel.
• Travel as required for legal proceedings.
• Develop legal strategies to protect company interests.
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory updates.
