Details of the Job/Internship

Restaurant Brands Asia is hiring a Legal Manager with experience in Real Estate legal affairs to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee Real Estate and Legal affairs.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Prepare legal documents and provide legal consultation to the company.
• Manage legal risks and handle contracts.
• Support various departments in legal matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field; Master’s degree or LLM is a plus.
• Skills in Law, Legal Document Preparation, and Legal Affairs.
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Compliance [Real Estate].
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in the QSR or retail industry is a plus.
• Immediate joinee preferred.

Salary/Stipend
