Details of the Job/Internship

Restaurant Brands Asia is hiring a Legal Manager with 5+ years of in-house experience to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Legal Manager will oversee compliance, prepare and review legal documents, provide consultation, and manage overall legal affairs.

Role and Responsibilities

Overseeing legal compliance.
Preparing and reviewing legal documents.
Providing legal consultation to different departments.
Managing overall legal affairs and legal risks.

Eligibility

Proficiency in real estate laws and legal compliance.
Experience in lease/leave and license agreements and leading negotiations.
Prior experience in QSR roles is an advantage.
Strong background in legal document preparation, legal consulting, and handling legal affairs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
Experience in the fast food or hospitality industry is preferred.
