Details of the Job/Internship
RKP Finance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 3 Legal Managers with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal cases including Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Arbitration, Vigilance, and Conciliation.
- Manage legal aspects of collection processes.
- Handle injunctions, money suits, mortgage suits, arbitration, and negotiable instruments cases.
- Initiate legal action against fraud/defaulter/insolvent clients.
- Draft and vet legal letters and documents.
- Assess legal issues in compliance with national and international regulations.
- Prepare legal notices, plaints, writ petitions, affidavits, and case papers.
- Liaise with government departments, courts, and police authorities for legal compliance and crisis management.
Eligibility
- Local candidates from Rajasthan preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in LAP or Vehicle Loan-related legal matters.
- Must be experienced in litigation, collection, and legal documentation.
