Details of the Job/Internship
RNFI Services Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with litigation experience, specifically in financial services, to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company in court, file and follow up on cases.
- Handle legal matters including civil, criminal, cyber complaints, and recovery cases under NI Act and PASSA.
- Draft legal notices for recovery, dishonor, loan recalls, and IP infringement.
- Conduct legal research and find relevant case laws.
- Coordinate with police authorities for warrant execution and cyber fraud investigations.
- Draft and respond to legal communications regarding cyber fraud and debtor defaults.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B.).
- Prior experience in financial services legal matters is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the NI Act (Section 138), PASSA (Section 25), and cyber laws.
- Experience in court representation and legal drafting.
- Ability to manage field activities such as police station visits and warrant execution.
