Details of the Job/Internship
RRBC Group is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Deeds, Agreements (JDA, GPA, Sale Agreement to Sell, Lease, Rectification, etc).
- Registration of Agreements/deeds with respective sub-registrar offices.
- Drafting Letters & replying to notices.
- Compliance of Labour Notices.
- RERA formalities.
- Attending courts, follow-up with Advocate.
- Client meetings, clarifications, interaction with the Bank for loan documentation
- Advising in legal matters.
