Details of the Job/Internship
RSPL Group is hiring a Legal Manager with 5–9 years of experience to join their Corporate Legal Team in Kanpur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work as a member of the RSPL Corporate Legal Team in coordination with the Head of Legal.
- Draft and vet commercial contracts, MOUs, policies, service agreements, NDAs, lease agreements, and standard terms and conditions.
- Draft legal notices, replies, and manage all company notices.
- Maintain MIS and records of agreements, litigation, legal compliance, and checklists.
- Provide litigation support through research on applicable judgments.
- Ensure legal processes and procedures comply with regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on various internal matters.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and compliance best practices.
- Contribute to developing and implementing in-house legal department functions.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 5–9 years of post-qualification experience in an in-house legal team.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in drafting legal contracts, agreements, and standard drafts.
- Preferred knowledge of Product Labelling, Legal Metrology Act, FSSAI, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Data Protection Laws, E-commerce Business, and IPO processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with managing legal technology solutions.
