Details of the Job/Internship
RSPL Group is hiring a Legal Manager with 5–9 years of post-qualification experience to join their Corporate Legal Team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet commercial contracts, MOUs, policies, service agreements, NDAs, lease agreements, and standard terms.
- Draft legal notices and replies; manage all company notices.
- Maintain MIS and records of agreements, litigation, compliance, and checklists.
- Provide litigation support including research on applicable judgments.
- Ensure internal processes and procedures comply with regulations.
- Conduct legal research and advise internal stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory developments and best practices in compliance control.
- Support the development and implementation of in-house legal department functions.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 5–9 years of post-qualification in-house legal experience.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
- Preferred knowledge of product labelling, Legal Metrology Act, FSSAI, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, data protection laws, e-commerce business, IPO, listing and QIP processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing technology solutions/tools.
