Details of the Job/Internship

Safexpay is hiring a Legal Manager having experience of 7-8 Years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for corporate and commercial projects, products and services
• Ensuring compliance of operations and projects with laws and regulations.
• Engaging proactively with internal stakeholders and advising them on pressing legal matters.
• Manage regular and periodic internal and external risk assessments & and audits.
• Undertaking legal advisory functions about general corporate compliance. Tracking laws and regulations that are relevant to the Company's business and policies. Providing legal advice to management.
• Draft and manage a variety of commercial agreements like Master Service Agreements, Alliance and Partnership Agreements, Vendor contracts, and all internal legal documents.

Eligibility

• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 8+ years of experience both in practice and in-house.
• B.Sc/B.A/ in law, LLB, business administration, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations.
