Details of the Job/Internship

Sampann Finance is hiring a Legal Manager – SARFAESI & Enforcement for a full-time role in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle SARFAESI legal work for retail and Micro-LAP cases in NCR and nearby states.
• Prepare and file Section 14 applications before CJM, CMM, and DM.
• Coordinate with courts, police, and authorised officers for possession cases.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all legal actions.
• Track case progress and maintain legal MIS and status reports.
• Liaise with the central legal team for 13(2) and 13(4) related coordination.
• Travel within MP as required for court and enforcement activities.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LLB) with 2–3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Practical exposure to SARFAESI, recovery, and enforcement matters preferred.
• Familiarity with district courts and local legal procedures in MP.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Salary/Stipend
