Scaler is hiring a Legal Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure legal compliance and oversee legal affairs.
- Provide legal consulting and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments and external stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor legal procedures and compliance requirements.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of law, legal systems, and regulations.
- Experience in legal document preparation and contract management.
- Expertise in legal consulting and advising stakeholders.
- Strong skills in legal compliance and handling legal affairs in a corporate setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or a related field.
- Prior experience in the education technology sector is an advantage.
