Details of the Job/Internship
Searce Inc. is hiring a Legal Manager with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks related to data privacy, IP, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Interpret complex laws and contractual terms to provide clear, actionable advice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support strategic initiatives.
- Implement legal tech tools to improve efficiency and legal risk management.
- Ensure legal advice aligns with business goals and demonstrate impact through measurable outcomes.
Eligibility
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a corporate legal or law firm setting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience advising or working with tech companies.
- Strong knowledge in dispute resolution, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- LLB degree required. Experience with international law and legal tech is a plus.
