Sheth Builders (1928) Private Limited is hiring a Legal Manager for a full-time, on-site role at its Ahmedabad office. The position involves overseeing legal matters related to land purchase, legal documentation, compliance management, and providing legal advice. The role also includes drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing legal affairs related to land acquisition.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee legal matters related to land purchase and construction activities.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documentation, particularly for land acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advice on matters related to land purchase and real estate operations.
• Handle day-to-day legal affairs and compliance management for the organisation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Strong expertise in law, particularly the Gujarat Land Revenue Code.
• Knowledge of legal documentation for land purchase.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and management of legal affairs.
• Ability to analyse, interpret, and apply legal frameworks relevant to the construction and real estate sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
