Details of the Job/Internship
SHREE – She is Special is hiring a Legal Manager with 2–5 years of experience to join its office in Kapashera, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate and operational matters.
- Handle disputes, litigation, and legal negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings.
- Support strategic business initiatives through expert legal counsel.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a legal or corporate law role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent research, drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage.
