Shreeji Spacelinks Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 4+ years to join their office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation of legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal consultation and advisory services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage legal affairs related to company operations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel.
- Analyse legal risks and draft agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the real estate and property sector.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- LLM is desirable.
- Prior experience in legal management within real estate or a related sector is an advantage.
- Expertise in law and a thorough understanding of legal principles.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, including contracts and agreements.
- Strong skills in legal consulting and providing advisory services.
- Experience in ensuring legal compliance and staying updated with relevant regulations.
- Ability to manage complex legal affairs and resolve disputes effectively.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
