Details of the Job/Internship

Shreeji Spacelinks Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with 4+ years of experience to join their Ahmedabad office on a full-time, on-site basis.

Role and Responsibilities

Oversee legal document preparation, including contracts and agreements.
Provide legal consultation and advisory support to the business.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to the real estate sector.
Manage legal affairs related to the company’s operations and resolve disputes.
Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
Analyse legal risks and maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility

Strong expertise in law with a thorough understanding of legal principles.
Proficiency in legal document preparation, including contracts and agreements.
Experience in legal consulting and advisory services.
Proven ability to ensure legal compliance and manage complex legal matters.
Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, with an LL.M. preferred.
Prior experience in legal management within real estate or a related sector is an advantage.
