Details of the Job/Internship
Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited is hiring a Manager – Legal (Land Liaison) with experience of 5–10 years to join their offices in Rourkela or Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Liaising with government and non-government authorities for land acquisition and sale.
- Ensuring timely submission and compliance of all land-related documents.
- Coordinating legal vetting with company legal advisors.
- Representing the organisation before courts and statutory bodies as required.
- Supporting management on land-related legal and regulatory issues.
- Ensuring adherence to EHS, IMS, and statutory compliance standards.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a recognised university.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in land and legal liaison roles.
- Strong knowledge of land acquisition laws, regulatory frameworks, and documentation.
- Prior experience in dealing with government authorities and statutory bodies is preferred.
- Experience in land laws, legal compliance, and liaisoning.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage documentation and legal case follow-ups effectively.
