Details of the Job/Internship

Shriram Finance Limited is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Bhopal. This is a full-time hybrid role with partial work-from-home flexibility.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal affairs of the organisation.
• Review and prepare legal documents and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advice to support business objectives.
• Handle legal disputes, agreements, and contracts.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure legal adherence and mitigate risks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification; an advanced law degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in law and legal compliance.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and verification of contractual agreements and legal documentation.
• Experience in legal consulting and providing strategic legal advice.
• Familiarity with managing legal affairs, including dispute resolution and coordination with legal teams or external counsel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply legal concepts practically.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
