Sizzle Properties Pvt Ltd. is hiring Legal Manager to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafted Non-Disclosure Agreements, Vendor contracts, Agreement for services, Procurementcontracts, GPAs, Board Resolutions, Joint Development Agreements, Sale Agreements and Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Title Opinions, Arbitration Agreement Projects will be assigned and clients buying in these projects will have legal queries. These queries have to be resolved and provide proper solution for clients lawyer's queries on an urgent basis.
• Pro-actively apply ECs and other important documents before client's start asking.
• Have a process-driven checklist for each and every project.
• Provide inputs to management to improve the legal process and streamline it for customers.
• Should have worked with developer or strong real estate experience from reputed real estate legal firms.
• Should be fluent in Kannada writing and reading old documents.
• Should be fluent in English and preferably staying near Banaswadi.
