Details of the Job/Internship
Sizzle Properties Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves handling legal matters related to real estate projects, resolving client legal queries, and ensuring smooth documentation and compliance processes for property transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft Non-Disclosure Agreements, vendor contracts, agreements for services, procurement contracts, GPAs, board resolutions, joint development agreements, sale agreements and sale deeds, lease agreements, title opinions, and arbitration agreements.
- Handle legal queries from clients purchasing projects and provide prompt solutions to lawyers’ queries.
- Proactively apply for ECs and other important documents before clients request them.
- Maintain a process-driven checklist for each project.
- Provide inputs to management to improve and streamline legal processes for customers.
- Should have worked with a developer or possess strong real estate experience from reputed real estate law firms.
- Must be fluent in Kannada, including reading and writing old documents.
- Must be fluent in English and preferably reside near Banaswadi.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM.
- Experience in real estate.
