Details of the Job/Internship
Sizzle Properties Pvt Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with experience in real estate to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft various legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, procurement contracts, GPAs, board resolutions, Joint Development Agreements, sale agreements, sale deeds, lease agreements, title opinions, and arbitration agreements.
- Resolve urgent legal queries raised by clients and their lawyers.
- Proactively apply for Encumbrance Certificates (ECs) and other essential documents before client requests.
- Maintain a process-driven checklist for every project.
- Provide input to management to improve and streamline legal processes for customers.
Eligibility
- Degree in LLB or LLM.
- Strong experience in real estate, either working directly with a developer or at a reputed real estate law firm.
- Fluency in Kannada, specifically for reading and writing old documents.
- Fluency in English.
- Proximity to Banaswadi is preferred.
