- Support in dispute resolution and corporate governance matters.
- Provide legal advice on business operations and transactions.
- Maintain legal documentation and handle regulatory filings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
- Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance.
- Strong communication and legal drafting skills.
- 4-7 years of similar corporate experience.
