Details of the Job/Internship

SS Communication & Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Manager with 4 to 7 years of experience to join them at their office in Kolhapur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents such as leave and license. 
• Conduct legal search and update Property details.
• Ensure compliance under applicable legal regulations.
• Assist in litigation, gather evidence, and coordinate with external advocates.
• Support in dispute resolution and corporate governance matters.
• Provide legal advice on business operations and transactions.
• Maintain legal documentation and handle regulatory filings.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
• Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance.
• Strong communication and legal drafting skills.
• 4-7 years of similar corporate experience.

Salary/Stipend
